YOGA HOLIDAY IN TUSCANY

Combine daily yoga practice with an authentic Tuscan experience at a seven day Yoga Holiday at Ebbio, with certified Hatha yoga teachers Anna Wan and Jürgen Hergenröder.  Ebbio is a 14th century farmhouse converted into a stylish Yoga retreat and is located in the breathtaking countryside of Tuscany in Italy, with enchanting views of the Chianti hills, thriving vineyards, olive trees and evergreen forests. 

This week long Yoga holiday offers intensive daily morning yoga asana practice together with meditation and pranayama, and includes a series of themed workshops in Dynamic Yoga, Yoga for Balance, Hip Openers, Yoga for the back, Yoga Inversions and Kalari Yoga (based on the ancient practice of Kalarippayat - a form of Indian martial arts).

As part of this unique Tuscan yoga vacation experience, transport is provided for 4 different afternoon excursions to nearby places of interest, including the medieval towns of Siena and San Gimignano. Free time is also scheduled for exploring the local surrounding countryside and for enjoyment of the many additional activities offered at Ebbio.

Accommodation is in spacious and elegantly decorated shared rooms. Freshly cooked Italian family style vegetarian meals are provided daily. 

Pick-up and drop-off from Florence train station is provided.

• Daily morning yoga sessions with 2 teachers.  Sessions include 6 specifically themed workshops with meditation and pranayama.  A total of approximately 21 teaching hours.

• 7 nights accommodation in shared room (shared bathroom/wc)

• Italian family-style vegetarian meals daily (Breakfast, lunch and dinner - including local Chianti wine, coffee and tea

• Transport for 4 half day excursions to nearby places of interest including Siena and San Gimignano.

• Group pick-up and drop-off at Florence train station (scheduled times only)
